Aida Batlle has been toted by The New Yorker as “a fifth generation coffee
farmer and a first generation coffee celebrity” with a “deeply peculiar” approach
to farming. Her most famous farm, Finca Kilimanjaro, is located at an unusually
high altitude on the rich, volcanic soils of Santa Ana. The farm has a truly
distinct flavour profile, unlike anything else found in Central America. For us,
it’s consistently one of the most highly anticipated coffees of the year and as
always we are excited to bring 3 variations of processing to you.
