In this course we build on the established knowledge foundation to enhance speed, problem solving and efficiency.
We will cover:
- Dialing in coffee to taste
- Troubleshooting common grinder and machine problems
- Workflow management; multitasking
- Managing a busy service
- Taking care of your equipment
This course is best suited for those wishing to further their knowledge in speciality coffee, and are perhaps being up skilled to a full barista role or currently serving a head barista role.
