Advanced Barista

In this course we build on the established knowledge foundation to enhance speed, problem solving and efficiency.

We will cover:

  • Dialing in coffee to taste
  • Troubleshooting common grinder and machine problems
  • Workflow management; multitasking
  • Managing a busy service
  • Taking care of your equipment

This course is best suited for those wishing to further their knowledge in speciality coffee, and are perhaps being up skilled to a full barista role or currently serving a head barista role.

Duration & Time: 2 hours (4:30-6:30pm)
