This method explores brewing coffee with cold water! By using cold water it reduces the levels of acidity found in coffee, and also reduces the level of caffiene brewed. The cold water drips at about 1 drop per second though the grounds and making its way down to the serving bottle which can take about 12hours.
The flavours produded from using cold water makes this method and interesting Ideal for iced coffee’s!
