Coffee Course - Advanced Espresso

This is a privately booked course hosted at the Wolff College of Coffee. You will be 1-on-1 mentored and guided with one of our Course Educators in pursuit of excellence. This course is designed to enhance the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the barista who already has an intermeidate understanding of espresso coffee. 

     Course Content:

    • Total Dissolvable Solids (TDS)
    • Extraction percentage
    • Brew ratio
    • Maillard Reaction

    • Espresso theory
    • Espresso machine practice 
    • Take-home course notes/workbook
    • Unlimited coffee (you are more than welcome to drink the coffee you make)
    • Wolff College of Coffee Certificate of Completion signed by Peter Wolff

    What to Wear: Comfortable clothes (sleeved shirt) & enclosed shoes

    Booking: Once purchased, please get in touch with a member of our Education Team to organise a date & time you would like to secure. Depending on our availability, we can normally secure a booking date & time with two weeks notice. 

    Cancellation & Refunds: We do offer a change of mind exchange or refund if notice is given within 72 hours of the course commencing. We are unable to exchange, transfer or refund course bookings if the notice falls outside of the 72 hour window.
