1. Our 180ml of cold milk into your little jug and add two tablespoons (20g) of drinking chocolate. 2. Steam together to 68C 3. Pour into a pre-warmed cup. 4. Garnish with freshly grated chocolate or cinnamon sugar
How to Make an Iced Chocolate
1. Add 2 tablespoons (20g) of drinking chocolate into a cup 2. Pour a little amount of hot water (30 ml) and stir into a paste 3. Add 180ml of cold milk and stir 4. Top up with ice cubes or even add ice cream for a more decadent iced chocolate 5. Garnish with freshly grated chocolates or cinnamon sugar
