Returns & Refunds Policy
Aligned with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of purchase for eligible goods, provided they are:
Unused,
In their original condition, and
In the original packaging, with proof of purchase.
⚠️ Please note:
We do not accept change-of-mind returns for any perishable goods, including coffee and tea.
Return shipping for change-of-mind cases is at your expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Australian Consumer Guarantees
Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:
A replacement or refund for a major failure, and
Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
A repair or replacement for minor issues not amounting to a major failure.
These rights apply even where items are marked as non-returnable under our standard policy.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by law, we do not accept returns for:
Perishable goods, including coffee, tea, or other food products
Downloadable software products
Gift cards
Intimate or sanitary items
Hazardous materials
Flammable liquids or gases
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
Items with obvious signs of use
Items returned damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Sale Items
Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded unless faulty or required by law.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email order@wolffcoffeeroasters.com.au and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive store credit once your return is received. If not, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
We recommend using a trackable service and/or shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.
