Big Bad Wolff is on the hunt for an experienced, customer-focused Barista to join our team at our roastery café in Hendra.

Located inside Wolff Coffee Roasters HQ, Big Bad Wolff is a fast-paced, quality-driven café serving locals, wholesale partners, and coffee lovers from across Brisbane.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering friendly, efficient service every shift

• Making consistently great espresso coffee

• Dialling in and maintaining quality across service

• Taking orders, handling payments, and supporting front-of-house flow

• Keeping your workspace clean, organised, and service-ready

• Supporting the team during peak periods with calm confidence

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll be:

• Experienced as a barista (essential)

• Confident on espresso, milk texturing, and workflow

• Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude

• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

• Proud of your standards and attention to detail
