Breville Barista Pro + Wolff Coffee Roasters T&C

BLENDS

  • Eligibility:
    The Breville Barista Pro subscription is open to Australian customers with a limit of one per household. Eligible customers may not vary the terms of the agreement.
  • Barista Pro:
    The Breville Barista Pro will be supplied during the subscription. You must purchase the Breville Barista Pro over 12 months which is inclusive within the $150 monthly subscription fee – total cost $1,800 (inc. GST). If you wish to terminate the subscription prior to the conclusion of the full 12 months an early termination fee of $835 (inc. GST) will be charged. The Breville Barista Pro will remain the property of Studio Espresso Pty Ltd until the full subscription is paid, or the early termination fee is paid by the customer at which point ownership will transfer to the customer.
  • Coffee:
    The Breville Barista Pro subscription does include a monthly delivery (12 in total) of Wolff Coffee Roasters roasted coffee either Big Dog, Lil Red or Edelweiss 1kg over 12 months. Delivery is included within the $150 Monthly Subscription fee. If the customer elects to pay the early termination fee prior to the conclusion of the 12-month subscription, the supply of coffee will be terminated upon notification from the customer. If not terminated, the supply of coffee will continue at a reduced rate per month appropriate to the Wolff Coffee Roasters blend chosen.
  • Payment:
    A Direct Debit payment will be processed through Recharge against your selected credit card of $150 per month over a 12-month period – total cost $1,800 (inc GST), defined as the subscription fee. A $5 administration fee will be charged for each occurrence of a rejected transaction which may include insufficient funds or card details have changed as the cause of the rejection. 
  • Risk & Title:

You acknowledge and agree that:

(a) Studio Espresso Pty Ltd will retain ownership of the Breville Barista Pro during the term on the initial subscription (12 months) and Studio Espresso Pty Ltd may register its security interest over the Breville Barista Pro on the Personal Property Securities Register in accordance with the Personal Property Securities Register Act 2009 (Cth)

(b) Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you once they have left our warehouse.

 

 

SINGLE ORIGIN

  • Eligibility:
    The Breville Barista Pro subscription is open to Australian customers with a limit of one per household. Eligible customers may not vary the terms of the agreement.
  • Barista Pro:
    The Breville Barista Pro will be supplied during the subscription. You must purchase the Breville Barista Pro over 12 months which is inclusive within the $165 monthly subscription fee – total cost $1,980 (inc. GST). If you wish to terminate the subscription prior to the conclusion of the full 12 months an early termination fee of $495 (inc. GST) will be charged. The Breville Barista Pro will remain the property of Studio Espresso Pty Ltd until the full subscription is paid, or the early termination fee is paid by the customer at which point ownership will transfer to the customer.
  • Coffee:
    The Breville Barista Pro subscription does include a monthly delivery (12 in total) of Wolff Coffee Roasters roasted coffee being a Single Origin of 1kg over 12 months. Delivery is included within the $165 Monthly Subscription fee. If the customer elects to pay the early termination fee prior to the conclusion of the 12-month subscription, the supply of coffee will be terminated upon notification from the customer. If not terminated, the supply of coffee will continue at a reduced rate per month appropriate to the Wolff Coffee Roasters blend chosen.
  • Payment:
