Shipping and Delivery
We dispatch from our roastery Monday to Friday. Shipping charges depend on your order’s weight, destination and the delivery service selected. All prices below are in Australian dollars.
One-off orders within Australia
Standard shipping charges are:
- Up to 500g: $8
- Above 500g to 3kg: $12
- From 3.01kg to 6kg: $17
Free standard shipping is available on eligible Australian one-off orders valued at $85 or more. Express shipping is charged separately and is not included in the free-shipping offer. Available delivery options and final charges are shown at checkout.
Coffee subscriptions within Australia
Eligible coffee subscriptions have separate standard shipping rates:
- Up to 500g: $6
- Above 500g to 3kg: $10
- Eligible subscription orders valued at $85 or more: free standard shipping
Eligible office subscriptions include free standard shipping.
If you already have a subscription, please check your subscription portal for the shipping charge that applies to your next delivery. For orders containing both subscription and one-off products, please review the final shipping charge at checkout.
Dispatch timing
We usually dispatch orders within 48 hours of placement, Monday to Friday. Orders placed outside these days are processed from the next working day.
Dispatch is when your parcel leaves our roastery, not when it arrives at your address. Please allow for both dispatch time and delivery time when planning your order.
Estimated delivery times
After dispatch, estimated delivery times depend on the courier and service selected:
- Australia Post Standard: 2–6 business days, typically 2–4 within the same state and 3–6 interstate.
- Australia Post Express: 1–3 business days.
- Team Global Express Standard: 1–12 business days, depending on your location and road distance.
- Team Global Express Priority: 1–2 business days to eligible locations.
These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Regional and remote deliveries may take longer, and public holidays, peak periods and courier delays may affect delivery times. Express shipping refers to the delivery service and does not shorten our usual dispatch timeframe.
International orders
International shipping charges depend on your destination and order weight. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.
The Australian free-shipping offers above do not apply to international orders. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
