The Fazenda California is grown out of a subtropical region in Brazil called Norte Pioneiro de Panama, a location well known for its fertile volcanic soil, steady rainfall, and flat topography. For over a decade, the Saldanha Rodrigues family has been intentionally focused on sustainably and mechanically harvesting the ripest cherries for this specialty lot.
In the cup: flavours of dark chocolate and orange, complimented by roasted chestnut, caramel and nougat.
