Who we are looking for

Experienced or Aspiring Coffee Roaster
Are you a passionate roaster eager to deepen your skills? Join a team with over 40 years of roasting experience, where learning, curiosity and craft are part of daily life. You will work with exceptional coffee, professional roasting equipment and industry mentors who enjoy sharing knowledge.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Has experience roasting coffee or a strong desire to learn

• Enjoys sensory work, cupping and exploring flavour development

• Appreciates precision, repeatability and quality control

• Thrives in a hands-on, production-focused environment

• Wants to grow their skills in roasting theory, green coffee and profile development

• Is excited to contribute to a respected specialty coffee brand with a focus on excellence

Typical responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with or leading daily roasting production

• Performing cuppings, quality checks and maintaining roast consistency

• Managing green coffee organisation and batch preparation

• Supporting the production team during busy periods

• Helping maintain a clean, safe, efficient roastery workspace

Roastery Fulfilment Coordinator
Do you take pride in precision, organisation and making sure everything is exactly where it needs to be?

As a Roastery Fulfilment Coordinator, you will play a key role in preparing and packing orders for our wholesale partners and customers. From weighing and bagging coffee through to accurate labelling, packing and dispatch, you will help ensure every order leaves the roastery on time, in full and looking sharp.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Has strong attention to detail

• Enjoys structured, hands-on work

• Takes ownership of accuracy and presentation

• Likes working behind the scenes in a specialty coffee roastery

Delivery and Customer Engagement
Are you currently in a cafe and keen to move into coffee production, logistics or customer service? Do you enjoy being active, driving, building relationships and representing a brand you believe in?

In this role, you will:

• Deliver orders to our wholesale partners

• Be a friendly, reliable face of the Wolff brand

• Support our customers with a positive, service-focused attitude

• Help bridge the gap between the roastery and the cafe floor

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Enjoys being on the road and staying active

• Loves connecting with people

• Takes pride in punctuality and professionalism

• Wants a role with variety and independence
